BLUE SHADE

The renovation of this apartment has restored the essence of modernism to a space that had fallen behind with time.

The harmonious combination of blue tones, wood, and marble has been the central axis of the design, allowing us to create a space where elegance and uniqueness converge.

Upon entering, a spacious living room with an open kitchen becomes the heart of the home, where an impressive Taj Mahal marble island serves as a focal point for daily life. The natural wood flooring adds warmth, while the ceiling moldings, meticulously designed and crafted by an artisan, enrich the space and highlight the grandeur of the home’s lofty ceilings.

The abundant light streaming through the large windows enhances this expansive living room, specially designed with custom-made furniture pieces.

Through a fluted glass door, the two bedrooms feature floors with patterns of blue calcite, Macael, and Macawa marble. This design draws inspiration from the iconic hydraulic tiles of modernism, offering a contemporary reinterpretation of Barcelona’s architectural heritage. The oak wood used in the cabinets and furniture emphasizes the spatial volumes.

The bathrooms, with their colorful touches, stand out for their blue calcite marble sinks.

Altogether, this transformation has not only revitalized the apartment but also created a home where history and modernity coexist in harmony, offering a space that invites you to enjoy every corner.
